The data base information structure is organized with a three-level hierarchy that has Record Series at the top level, then Groups within each Record Series, then Sub-groups within each Group.  As new archive items are added to the collection, additional Groups and Sub-groups will be added when it will provide a better organizing of records  and files.  Click here to see the current table of Groups.

The types of items collected in the historical archives will include pictures, clippings, brochures, maps, plaques, videos and documents and various additional types that will be added over time as needed.
